Responsibilities

Collects appropriate fees and accountability for handling of money
Serves as liaison with the public, clients, staff and others to exchange information and explain services, rules, regulations, policies and procedures
Provide excellent customer service and park information to visitors
Must be able to demonstrate responsibility, dependability and good communication skills
Must be able to work independently
Duties will vary
Other duties as assigned

Required

Six months customer service experience
Six months experience in cash handling, writing receipts
