Manager, Strategic Relationships
Creo Collective is a B2B tech growth marketing agency that partners with CMOs and GTM leaders to enhance their marketing impact. The Manager, Strategic Relationships is responsible for developing and nurturing relationships with B2B technology marketing leaders to grow the client portfolio and drive revenue through trust-based engagement.
Responsibilities
Build, nurture, and maintain a strong network of B2B marketing leaders within Creo’s ICP
Engage prospects through conversation, curiosity, and authenticity — not scripted sales tactics
Develop trusted advisor relationships that lead to discovery calls, opportunities, and referrals
Leverage Marketing in Progress (podcast and community) as strategic tools for warm outreach and relationship building
Represent Creo Collective at virtual and in-person events, panels, and community sessions
Source, qualify, and progress new business opportunities through research, networking, and conversations
Maintain an accurate and organized pipeline in HubSpot
Drive opportunities from early conversations through formal discovery and scoping
Follow through consistently on warm leads, introductions, and follow-ups
Collaborate closely with the SVP and CEO on handoffs, positioning, and proposal creation
Meet quarterly and annual revenue targets
Maintain consistent activity rhythms that support long-term pipeline health
Engage prospects through value-driven conversations grounded in insight and credibility
Develop a strong understanding of Creo Collective’s offerings, case studies, and differentiators
Work closely with client services and strategy teams to understand how clients succeed with Creo
Share market feedback to improve messaging, positioning, and ICP definition
Contribute to the Marketing in Progress community through outreach, insights, and relationship building

Experience managing pipelines and CRM activity (HubSpot preferred)
Comfortable with multi-channel outreach (email, LinkedIn, video intros, warm invites, follow-ups)
Able to work independently with professionalism and accountability
