Critical thinking in various scenarios including remarketing, renewals, policy inquiries, billing questions, claims assistance and more
Working closely with clients to ensure their insurance needs are met efficiently and effectively
Qualification
Required
P&C license required
Account Management and Customer Service skills
Knowledge of Personal Insurance and general Insurance concepts
Experience working with various insurance carriers
Work well with Account Managers & Producers
Round out accounts with existing clients
Preferred
Applied Epic experience a plus
