Responsibilities
Design, configure, develop, and optimize SAP-based Order Management solutions supporting order-to-cash and related business processes
Translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable SAP solutions aligned with enterprise architecture standards
Develop and support solutions in SAP ECC and S/4HANA, with a strong focus on ABAP development
Troubleshoot complex production issues impacting order routing, sourcing, delivery commitments, and downstream processes
Drive continuous improvement by identifying system inefficiencies and reducing technical debt
Contribute to modernization and brownfield S/4HANA migration efforts with an emphasis on clean-core principles
Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across supply chain, finance, logistics, and customer operations
Support operational readiness through documentation, runbooks, and knowledge sharing
Qualification
Required
5+ years of hands-on SAP development and configuration experience
Strong expertise in SAP ABAP and Order Management / Order-to-Cash processes
Deep understanding of SAP modules including SD, FI, MM, and SCM
Proven ability to troubleshoot across complex, highly customized SAP environments
Familiarity with integrations between SAP and other internal enterprise systems
Strong communication skills and a business-focused mindset
Preferred
Experience with SAP ECC; S/4HANA exposure strongly preferred
