Responsibilities
Oversee daily branch operations and performance, ensuring alignment with business goals, sales targets, revenue budgets, and KPIs, while fostering a high-performance, inclusive, and accountable work environment
Recruit, train, and develop management and staff, ensuring all employees are well-versed in safety protocols, company policies, and procedures, with training records properly maintained
Ensure branch compliance with local, state, and industry regulations, including licensing requirements, safety standards, and business laws
Handle escalated customer issues and incidents, uphold company service standards, and work to maximize branch profitability and overall performance
Qualification
Required
Must have a bachelor's degree in a related field and/or 2+ years of management experience in pest control
Must have state-required pest control operator licensing
Must be 21 years of age or older and possess a valid driver's license
Driving record must meet the company's insurance standards
Must be able to walk, stand, bend, kneel, crouch, and crawl to access tight spaces like basements, attic and tight spaces
Capable of regularly lifting up to 50 pounds, with occasional heavier lifting
Requires clear vision for both close and distant tasks, with adjustable focus
Must be able to stand for long periods, perform physical tasks, and manage repetitive motions
Exposure to pesticides, chemicals, pests, mold, allergens, and structural hazards; safety gear required
Moderate noise level in the work environment
