Responsibilities
Handle all aspects of real estate litigation , including co-op and condominium disputes
Represent clients in landlord-tenant matters , license and access agreements, and contract disputes
Litigate matters involving construction contracts, development agreements, and related disputes
Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and briefs, and manage discovery
Appear in court, including New York Supreme Court and Housing Court (preferred)
Collaborate with partners and clients to develop litigation strategy and case management plans
Qualification
Required
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Admitted to practice law in the State of New York
2–4 years of real estate litigation experience
Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills with a solid academic record
Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis (no sponsorship available)
Preferred
Experience with general litigation strongly preferred
Courtroom experience in Supreme Court and/or Housing Court preferred
