Responsibilities
Support workshops covering maintenance execution, work instructions, and certification flows
Assist in documenting AS-IS execution processes and future-state designs
Configure SAP orders, operations, confirmations, and completion processes
Prepare functional specification documents for operational enhancements
Support unit and integration testing across execution scenarios
Maintain detailed process, configuration, and testing documentation
Build foundational knowledge of maintenance execution patterns and iMRO execution workflows
Deliver execution-related tasks reliably and to high quality
Follow testing and documentation standards
Support issue resolution and escalate appropriately
Participate actively in workshops and review sessions
Qualification
Required
SAP PM/EAM configuration experience
Experience with maintenance execution processes
Ability to prepare functional specifications and test documentation
2+ SAP full lifecycle projects
5+ years maintenance operations or aviation/defence industry experience
Strong consulting record
Degree in a relevant subject
Eagerness to learn iMRO
Understanding of maintenance execution practices and operational workflows
SAP PM/EAM knowledge relating to orders, operations, and confirmations
Analytical approach to work scoping, defect handling, and certification processes
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with planning, engineering, and supply chain areas
Strong aptitude for learning iMRO operations capabilities
Deliver execution-related tasks reliably and to high quality
Follow testing and documentation standards
Support issue resolution and escalate appropriately
Participate actively in workshops and review sessions
Clear communication and strong interpersonal skills
Ability to understand operational constraints and realities
Strong problem-solving and time-management
Willingness to travel
Preferred
SAP PM/CS certification
SAP Activate
Agile experience
Prior iMRO experience (desired but not required)
