Growth Cab is hiring an Operational Automation Engineer to manage the automation layer for their outbound GTM systems for B2B teams. The role involves implementing and maintaining workflows across various operational tasks, ensuring consistent delivery and reliability across clients and tools.

Management Consulting

Responsibilities

Implement and maintain production-grade workflows across sourcing, enrichment, outreach ops, CRM updates, and reporting
Connect tools via Make, n8n, Zapier, webhooks, and direct API integrations
Design robust data handling: validation, normalization, deduplication, routing, audit trails
Add reliability primitives: retries, fallbacks, monitoring, alerting, and runbooks
QA workflows end-to-end and troubleshoot failures quickly with clear root-cause notes
Standardize reusable templates so implementations are fast and consistent

Required

Proven experience shipping automation workflows used daily in operations
Strong API fluency: auth (API keys, OAuth), rate limits, pagination, webhooks, error handling
Comfort working with CRMs and spreadsheets as systems of record
Strong debugging mindset and clear written documentation
