Responsibilities
Acquire new clients across US P&C insurance carriers, TPAs, MGAs, and claims operations teams by leveraging existing industry relationships
Position and sell image-based outsourcing, auditing, and underwriting support solutions aligned to insurer workflows
Lead discovery discussions, solution positioning, commercial negotiations, and contract closures
Build proposals, pricing models, and service structures in partnership with leadership
Represent the organization at major insurance industry events and conferences
Support onboarding and early-stage account management during the first six months to ensure successful transitions
Maintain structured pipeline tracking, forecasting, and market intelligence reporting
Qualification
Required
10-15+ years of experience in P&C Insurance, Insurance BPO, Claims Operations, Vendor Management, or related insurance services
Demonstrated success in selling claims outsourcing, managed services, or workflow-based insurance solutions
Strong understanding of property inspection processes, image-based risk assessment, and underwriting or claims support models
Proven ability to build, manage, and close complex enterprise sales cycles
Established relationships with senior decision makers across carriers, TPAs, MGAs, or adjuster networks
Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management capability
