Vice President of Outreach

College Living Experience (CLE) is seeking to hire a Vice President of Outreach. This key leadership role is responsible for driving national growth through strategic outreach, relationship-building, and team collaboration, focusing on supporting neurodiverse young adults in their transition to adulthood.

Responsibilities

Lead national outreach strategy to drive enrollment growth and brand recognition
Identify and evaluate new markets, partnership opportunities, and lines of business to strategically expand CLE’s footprint
Collaborate with executive leadership to develop scalable growth initiatives and set outreach priorities
Use data to analyze and inform recruitment strategy that drives qualified applicants
Develop and monitor performance metrics for outreach activities, including lead conversion, enrollment trends, and ROI of marketing initiatives
Ensure local sites use data effectively to track results, optimize outreach, and improve enrollment outcomes
Ability to review, understand student profile, and interpret information from psychological-educational evaluations to make informed decisions that can guide colleagues and families
Build and maintain strong relationships with families, schools, referral sources, and professionals in the special education and transition community
Proactively communicate student progress, admissions updates, and CLE achievements to referral sources
Leverage insights from students, families, and referral partners to refine outreach strategy
Mentor and coach local outreach and admissions teams on best practices, strategic planning, and data-informed decision making
The VP role involves close collaboration with admissions and program leadership to ensure outreach aligns with student needs, program capacity, and marketing messaging
Establish national standards for outreach, marketing, and recruitment activities
Support cross-functional collaboration with admissions, program, and clinical leadership to align strategy with student needs and program capacity
Represent CLE as a national authority in transition, higher education access, and independent living for neurodiverse young adults
Speak at conferences, parent meetings, and other events to raise CLE’s profile and share expertise
Contribute to thought leadership initiatives such as webinars, publications, or white papers to elevate CLE’s visibility
Collaborate with executive management and local sites to create and implement national and regional marketing plans
Oversee participation in conferences, fairs, speaking engagements, and social media campaigns
Maintain accurate tracking of leads, contacts, and referral interactions in the company database
Evaluate the effectiveness of outreach efforts and make strategic recommendations for improvement
Participate in annual strategic planning and development of outreach initiatives
Support national admissions as needed, including fielding calls or assisting local sites
Stay current on CLE programs, services, and industry trends across all centers

Required

Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) with a minimum of 3-5 years of leadership and management experience in a postsecondary setting, preferably supporting neurodivergent students or young adults with disabilities
Demonstrated experience driving enrollment growth, outreach strategy, and relationship-based recruitment in an education, transition services, or mission-driven organization
Proven ability to build, lead, and manage high-performing outreach, admissions, or enrollment teams, including setting goals, coaching performance, and scaling systems
Strong background in networking, partnership development, and external relationship building with schools, districts, professionals, and community organizations
Experience in secondary/postsecondary education, special education, or transition services strongly preferred
Direct experience working with students and families in disability-support or transition-focused environments preferred
Training or experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or similar frameworks is a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/enrollment systems required

Preferred
