Responsibilities
Architect and implement scalable Reltio MDM solutions across enterprise platforms
Design integrations with SAP Salesforce Snowflake and other systems
Configure entity models survivorship rules matchmerge logic and workflows in Reltio
Collaborate with data scientists to embed AIML capabilities eg intelligent matching
Define and enforce data governance and stewardship standards
Mentor MDM developers and analysts
Translate business data requirements into technical solutions
Lead architecture and delivery of Reltio MDM solutions tailored to Healthcare and Insurance domains
Drive integration strategies with SAP Salesforce Snowflake and other platforms
Conduct deepdive sessions on entity modeling survivorship matchmerge logic and workflow orchestration
Collaborate with business stakeholders to align MDM solutions with domainspecific data needs
Embed AIML capabilities for intelligent data matching and anomaly detection
Define enterprisewide data governance and stewardship frameworks
Oversee project delivery resource planning and stakeholder engagement
Qualification
Required
Strong handson experience with Reltio MDM data modeling configuration API integration
Deep understanding of MDM concepts matchmerge survivorship hierarchy management
Integration experience with SAP Salesforce Snowflake
Proficiency in REST APIs JSON XML and data transformation tools
Exposure to AIML use cases in data management
Strong analytical and communication skills
Extensive handson experience with Reltio MDM in largescale implementations
Strong domain knowledge in Healthcare and Insurance data models
Proven experience in integrating MDM with SAP ERP Salesforce CRM Snowflake
Expertise in AIMLdriven data quality enhancements
Proficiency in REST APIs JSON XML and data transformation
Excellent leadership communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred
Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science Data Engineering or related field
Reltio MDM certification preferred
Experience with cloud platforms AWS Azure GCP
Familiarity with data governance tools eg Collibra Informatica
Agile project delivery experience
Masters degree in Computer Science Data Engineering or related field
Reltio MDM certification
Experience with cloud platforms and data governance tools
