This role involves assisting with routine analytics, data preparation, and reporting tasks while collaborating with senior analysts to ensure accurate data management and reporting.

Responsibilities

Assist in collecting, cleaning, validating, and organizing data from multiple internal research systems and external sources to support accurate reporting and analysis

Produce routine descriptive statistics, summary tables, and simple visualizations that inform operational needs, recurring reporting and strategic decision-making

Contribute to the preparation, maintenance, and quality assurance of dashboards, recurring reports, and data products developed by the research analytics team

Gather relevant datasets and generate benchmarking metrics, usage summaries, and straightforward analytical outputs to support Concierge services and faculty requests

Maintain clear documentation of data sources, analytical steps, workflows, and recurring processes to ensure reproducibility and continuity

Conduct routine checks to verify data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across systems and reports

Work closely with senior analysts, Concierge staff, and other research administration units to address data needs, clarify requests, and provide timely, service-focused support

Learn and apply new data tools, methods, and institutional systems as required to grow analytical capacity and support evolving unit needs
