Responsibilities

Develop and maintain full-stack web applications using React.js for front-end development and Python and node.js for back-end services
Build and deploy applications on AWS and Azure cloud platforms, ensuring scalability and reliability
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration and successful solution delivery, aligned with agile principles of teamwork and transparency
Write clean, testable, and efficient code with a strong emphasis on performance, scalability, maintainability, and comprehensive documentation to support long-term development
Integrate APIs and microservices to support enterprise-grade applications
Work with SQL databases to design, query, and optimize data storage solutions
Implement best practices for version control and CI/CD pipelines using GitHub and other DevOps tools
Leverage knowledge of AI technologies, including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), to enhance application capabilities and workflows
Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and agile ceremonies
Work in a highly regulated, security-conscious environment, ensuring compliance with industry standards

Required

Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future. RTX will not offer sponsorship for this position (U.S. Citizen or Green Card Holder)
Proficiency in React.js, Python, and cloud platforms like AWS and Azure
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.)
Strong understanding of front-end development, including responsive design and modern JavaScript frameworks
Knowledge of back-end development, including RESTful APIs and SQL database integration

Preferred

Experience with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes
Familiarity with AI technologies, including RAG, NLP, and related frameworks
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity, define technical direction, and drive end-to-end solutions
Understanding of DevOps methodologies and best practices
Demonstrated deep technical curiosity and the initiative to dive into complex challenges
