Responsibilities
Design of plumbing and related systems for commercial and residential buildings. Systems including water, sanitary drainage, storm drainage, etc
Perform calculations such as: pipe sizing, pressure drop, slope, etc
Develop construction drawings and documentation in Revit
Coordinate equipment selections with equipment vendors and manufacturers
Prepare specification sections for project manuals
Work with clients and team members to understand and develop project requirements and implementation
Coordinate system components with project architect and other team members
Coordinate spatial requirements for plumbing systems
Perform construction administration services on assigned projects such as review of shop drawings and submittals, respond to RFI's
Visit Construction project sites and prepare observation reports and punch lists
Coordinate utility services sizes and locations with various utility representatives
Ensure that the company technical policies and procedures are practiced during the execution of team projects
Attend project design/construction meetings as needed
Assist in the development of conceptual presentations to clients
Assist supporting personnel on assigned projects
Collaborate with and be responsible to the team
Complete Timecards
Qualification
Required

Preferred
Minimum of 4 years experience
Experience with designing and documenting plumbing systems
Strong communication skills
Revit experience is preferred
PE registration not required
Microsoft Office experience
