Responsibilities
Act as primary case manager for identified clients, providing targeted support and interventions
Provide individual and group substance use treatment and support
Participate in assessments and treatment planning with clients and the team
Ensure consumer safety by implementing crisis intervention techniques when necessary
Utilize a team based approach to support and services, collaborating with colleagues and actively participating in daily meetings
Participate in rotating on-call coverage and evening shifts to ensure 24/7 support for clients
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work or related field
Experience working with adults with substance abuse disorders
Valid Massachusetts drivers license
