Responsibilities
Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking
Screen resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and coordinate interview schedules
Manage our applicant tracking system (Isolved) and ensure a smooth candidate experience
Assist with onboarding and orientation for new hires
Maintain candidate and employee records and ensure data accuracy
Provide support to other HR functional areas as needed
Qualification
Required
1-3 Years of HR experience
Strong verbal and written communication
Familiarity with ATS platforms and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, ADP ISolved etc.)
Data driven and analytical mindset
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
Preferred
1 year of recruiting experience preferred
