They are seeking an Estimator / Project Manager to support their Weatherproofing / Building Envelope division, combining hands-on estimating with full lifecycle project management on commercial projects.

Responsibilities
Prepare detailed estimates, take-offs, scopes, and bid packages
Review drawings, specs, and technical documents
Manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client communication
Lead projects from award through completion
Coordinate vendors, suppliers, and field operations
Ensure quality, safety, and cost control across multiple projects
Qualification
Required
3+ years experience in commercial construction
Estimating and project management experience
Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and costs
Proficient with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project (or similar)
Strong client-facing and leadership skills
Preferred
Experience with specialty contractors or self-performing contractors strongly preferred
