Responsibilities

Sourcing top talent for our Linn and Johnson County based organization

Drive recruitment strategy

Demonstrate the Corda brand

Develop and execute strategic recruiting initiatives leveraging a variety of sourcing channels including college recruitment activities, advisory boards, job fairs, and community engagement

Reviewing resumes

Conducting phone screenings

Coordinating in-person interviews

Collaborating with hiring managers throughout the hiring process

Maintaining the applicant tracking system

Utilizing recruitment metrics to refine processes

Participate in job fairs and networking events to promote the credit union as an employer of choice

Continuous communication with candidates and key stakeholders

Providing timely updates to ensure efficient hiring best practices
