This role involves identifying operational pain points, shaping technology solutions, and driving the adoption of legal technology to enhance workflows and efficiency.

Responsibilities
Partner with Finance lawyers to understand workflows, identify inefficiencies, and surface opportunities for process improvement and technology enablement
Translate practitioner feedback into clear problem statements, user stories, and requirements for technology teams
Support pilots, prototypes, and rollouts of legal technology solutions in collaboration with Practice Technology and IT
Drive awareness, training, and adoption of technology solutions, using usage data and feedback to measure impact and refine rollout strategies
Facilitate process improvement and design thinking sessions to support practice transformation initiatives
Collaborate with Knowledge Management, Legal Risk, Learning & Development, and other teams to ensure solutions are practical, compliant, and scalable
Monitor legal technology trends and emerging vendors relevant to Finance practices and share insights with leadership
Qualification
Required
