Responsibilities
Field inbound sales leads and walk-in traffic
Follow up with existing clients
Underwrite products and provide renewals based on customer needs
Process inbound payments received over the phone, mail, online, or fax
Work with the carrier to satisfy customer requirements
Assist clients in updating their accounts and policy-related items
Review and develop internal processes
Additional duties as the departments needs change
Qualification
Required
Competent with Microsoft Office Suite
Good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work onsite in our Sacramento, CA office
Must be willing to obtain Property and Casualty License
Preferred
2-year sales experiences preferred
2 years customer service preferred
Candidates with a bachelor's degree preferred
