Records Management Coordinator II
Cowlitz PUD is the local publicly owned power company for Cowlitz County, and they are currently looking for an experienced Records Management Coordinator to join their Compliance team. The role involves managing the District-wide Records Management Program and ensuring compliance with public records requirements through collaboration with internal customers.

Responsibilities
Ensures an effective District-wide Records Management Program
Achieves compliance through collaboration with internal customers to assist them in meeting the essential elements of the Program
Ensures the District meets state and other relevant public records requirements and provides assistance and expertise in other functional areas that affect the District's public records
Serve as the backup for the District's Public Records Officer
Qualification
Required
Experience working with Public Records Management Program
Experience managing a document management system
Ability to collaborate across all departments providing excellent customer service both internally and externally
Strong time management skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively on projects
Associate's Degree with a minimum of five (5) years of experience in Records Management for a public entity or related field. Equivalent education and experience may be qualifying
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree in Archives and Records Administration
Certified Records Manager (CRM)
Certified Public Records Officer from the Washington Association of Public Records Officers
