Responsibilities
Connect with prospective clients who have requested information
Conduct virtual consultations via phone or video
Identify client needs and present appropriate insurance solutions
Follow up professionally and consistently
Participate in virtual trainings and team meetings
Use provided CRM and systems to manage client activity
Qualification
Required
Self-motivated and reliable individuals
Strong communication skills
Comfort working independently in a remote setting
Willingness to learn and follow a proven process
Must be licensed or willing to obtain an insurance license (guidance provided)
Preferred
Prior experience in sales, service, real estate, or other commission-based roles is helpful but not required
