Performing and supporting inquiries, maintenance, reports, daily operations for debit, credit card and other payment products to members and other Ideal Credit Union staff

Scheduled hours for this position are Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5 PM with a 30-minute lunch break as well as other hours as needed

Work in-office at the Woodbury location until fully trained

Once fully trained, this is a work from home position requiring limited travel on-site for meetings and training

Work from home schedule is dependent on departmental needs
