Responsibilities

Focuses primarily on basic tasks such as assembling components, conducting routine quality inspections, and maintaining equipment

Primarily supports manufacturing processes and adheres to instructions from senior team members

Documents production data using existing systems without significant analytical input

Handles more advanced technical assignments using current manufacturing technologies

Troubleshoots and resolves moderately complex manufacturing issues, requiring deeper analytical skills

Collaborates with cross-functional teams to enhance processes and operations, extending beyond routine tasks

Provides informal mentorship to junior team members, contributing to skill development within the team

Maintains quality standards while actively contributing to overall team goals, demonstrating ownership and accountability

4year Bachelors BS OR 6+ years equivalent experience for Level 1

Must be a U.S. Person within the meaning of the ITAR and EAR, or eligible to obtain all required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State and/or the U.S. Department of Commerce
