Responsibilities
Work with operational and ERP data to support production readiness, inventory accuracy, and supply chain efficiency
Consolidate and analyze information from multiple sources, ensure data accuracy, and identify issues related to delivery schedules, lead times, and material availability
Investigate root causes behind delays or disruptions and present findings that help leadership make strategic and operational decisions
Design and maintain data collection methods and reporting tools, including dashboards in Power BI and advanced Excel models, to track key performance indicators such as on‑time delivery, throughput, downtime, and inventory performance
Qualification
Required
Associate's degree in business administration required
5+ years of materials management, procurement, or supply chain experience in a manufacturing or project-based environment
Proficient with MS Dynamics AX or other MRP/ERP systems, purchase order management, and inventory/material planning
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
Ability to collaborate effectively across material control, production, and finance teams
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation abilities
Strong communication, organization, and prioritization skills to manage multiple deadlines
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business, or related field preferred
Advanced proficiency in Excel preferred
