Responsibilities

Write and socialize comprehensive business requirements and success/acceptance criteria for new systems development / enhancements
Conduct thorough business and process analyses, translating findings into detailed user stories for our development, QA and UAT teams
Play a pivotal role in solution design, offering both expertise and innovative ideas to enhance our offerings
Work closely with Payment Operations UAT Manager to develop reusable testing scenarios
Offer ongoing domain knowledge support throughout the development lifecycle of features, ensuring alignment with business goals
Participate in daily team stand-ups, contributing to a collaborative team environment
Secure agreement on business requirements from users and ensuring clarity and alignment

Required

3-5 years of experience in business analysis and change management, ideally within the payments industry
Specific experience in B2B payments is highly desirable, demonstrating an understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities in this space
A minimum of three years of experience demonstrating an understanding of Acceptance Testing procedures
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams to gather and articulate requirements
Exceptional attention to detail and superior communication, both verbal and written
Experience with Confluence and Jira, facilitating effective project management and team collaboration
Previous experience with cloud-based solutions, like Amazon Web Services
Highly detail-oriented with the ability to identify edge cases in complex payment flows
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate business needs into clear and articulate requirements documents and acceptance criteria
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, release-driven environment with multiple stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to push back constructively when business requests are unclear or acceptance criteria are not satisfied by the technical teams
