Cotiviti is a company that specializes in healthcare analytics and technology solutions. They are seeking a Temporary Records Processing Agent to handle incoming and outgoing mail containing medical records while maintaining production and quality levels through tracked metrics.

Responsibilities

Operate high volume printers, copiers, scanners, folding/inserting machine, postage/sealing machine, and shredder

Prepare outgoing mail for delivery

Perform routine mail pickups

Open, sort and distribute mail to the appropriate receiver

Process records received on CDs, Flash Drives, and other electronic storage devices

Completes all responsibilities as outlined on annual Performance Plan

Completes all special projects and other duties as assigned

Must be able to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation

Qualification

Attention to detailMailroom experienceTyping 35 WPMPhysical staminaCommunication skills

Required

High School diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience

Demonstrated ability to give close attention to details, including planning, executing, and follow up procedures

Ability to type 35 words per minute

Previous experience in a mailroom environment

Benefits

This role is eligible for discretionary bonus consideration.

Nonexempt employees are eligible to receive overtime pay for hours worked in excess of 40 hours in a given week, or as otherwise required by applicable state law.
