The Route Manager will be responsible for managing delivery schedules, overseeing loading and unloading of trucks, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
Manage daily route schedules for delivery drivers, ensuring timely and efficient deliveries
Oversee the loading and unloading of trucks, ensuring that all items are handled safely and correctly
Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules and ensure compliance with safety regulations
Address any customer inquiries or issues promptly to maintain high levels of satisfaction
Maintain accurate records of deliveries, vehicle inspections, and driver performance
Qualification
Required
Must have a valid drivers license with clean driving record
Must present themselves in a professional manner and will be expected to interact with clients and obtain information pertaining to orders
Must be able to pass a back ground and drug test
Reliability and timeliness is a must for this position
Must be a good communicator
must have reliable cell phone and transportation
Experience driving cube trucks, delivery vehicles and/or large vans. No CDL required
GED or Equivalent required
Preferred
Sales Experience or Route sales experience a plus
Bilingual is preferred but required
