Manage personal lines accounts, including auto, home, and umbrella coverage
Provide exemplary customer service by answering phones, assisting walk-in clients, and addressing inquiries
Handle endorsements, process payments, and review policy renewals
Generate quotes and assist in writing new business, including remarketing to partner carriers
Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and a positive, can-do attitude while working independently and as part of a team
Qualification
Required
Property and Casualty insurance license
Minimum of 2 years of experience in personal lines
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Familiarity with RMV procedures and required documentation
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Is proficient with the Agency Management System (AMS 360)
