Responsibilities

Document collection/uploading
Working closely e-discovery vendors on collecting and transferring data
Creating/executing substantive searches (beyond metrics or monitoring)
Manage and participate in e-discovery projects, including case strategy and development, discovery and trial
Liaise with firm’s e-discovery vendors and clients’ IT personnel
Must work well with others and have ability to manage multiple assignments

Required

NY Bar Admission or ability to waive in is required
Technical skills related to document collection and data management
Document collection/uploading
Working closely e-discovery vendors on collecting and transferring data
Creating/executing substantive searches (beyond metrics or monitoring)
Extensive experience with constructing and advising on Relativity searches
Strong Relativity skills, discovery, document review, privilege review and analytical skills
Manage and participate in e-discovery projects, including case strategy and development, discovery and trial
Liaise with firm's e-discovery vendors and clients' IT personnel
Must work well with others and have ability to manage multiple assignments

Preferred

2+ years' experience at a law firm or e-discovery provider preferred
