Responsibilities
Leverage data analytics to support internal audit activities and identify operational risks
Analyze large datasets to detect trends, anomalies, and control gaps
Convert analytical findings into clear, business-focused recommendations
Present insights and conclusions to analysts, peers, and management stakeholders
Partner with cross-functional teams to source, validate, and prepare data for analysis
Develop and enhance dashboards, visualizations, and reporting solutions
Document methodologies, assumptions, and testing approaches to support governance and compliance
Contribute to automation and recurring reporting solutions using analytics tools
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related quantitative field (or equivalent experience)
2+ years of experience in data analytics, reporting, or visualization
Experience supporting audit, risk, compliance, or control-related initiatives
Working knowledge of SQL or SAS
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Experience building dashboards, operational reports, or automated reporting solutions
Preferred
Exposure to Tableau, Python, or Snowflake
Prior experience in audit or risk-focused environments
Background in military service or affiliation as a military spouse/domestic partner
