Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets within the C&I segment
Identify, qualify, and pursue new commercial and industrial customer opportunities
Build and maintain strong relationships with end users, consultants, EPCs, and channel partners
Serve as a technical and commercial resource throughout the sales process
Partner closely with Engineering, Operations, and Pricing to deliver customer solutions
Lead proposal development, presentations, and contract negotiations
Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity to inform strategy
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Business, or a related field (preferred)
5+ years of experience in commercial or industrial sales, preferably within power or electrical equipment
Strong working knowledge of transformers, power systems, and electrical infrastructure
Proven ability to develop long-term customer relationships and close complex sales
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Willingness and ability to travel within the assigned territory
