Responsibilities
Define and execute product strategy in partnership with executive leadership, ensuring alignment with Teradata’s corporate goals and market opportunities
Lead, develop, and scale the Program Management Office, managing all program managers and senior Technical Program Managers to deliver complex, cross-functional initiatives
Oversee the planning, prioritization, and execution of product and technology programs, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and on budget
Establish best practices for program management, risk mitigation, and reporting, driving operational rigor and continuous improvement
Collaborate with engineering, product, sales, and marketing teams to ensure program alignment and successful go-to-market execution
Engage directly with enterprise customers to understand needs, gather feedback, and ensure program outcomes drive customer success
Identify opportunities for innovation, lead change initiatives, and foster a culture of adaptability and resilience within the PMO
Manage budgets, investments, and resource allocation for all programs, reporting outcomes to the C-suite and Board
Qualification
Required
10+ years of progressive experience in technology leadership, including significant experience in program management and product strategy for data platforms, analytics, or enterprise technologies
Proven track record managing global program management organizations in complex B2B environments
Deep technical knowledge of cloud databases, analytics platforms, and AI/ML ecosystems
Experience leading senior Technical Program Managers and delivering large-scale, cross-functional programs
Strong financial and operational acumen, with experience managing budgets and phased investments
Demonstrated success in stakeholder engagement, change management, and driving measurable business outcomes
Ability to operate with independence and accountability in high-growth, rapidly evolving markets
