Responsibilities

Design, develop, customize, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (CE) solutions
Implement Copilot features within Dynamics 365 to improve user productivity and decision-making
Develop and customize entities, forms, views, dashboards, business rules, and workflows
Build and maintain Power Automate flows, Power Apps, and AI Builder models
Develop plugins, custom workflows, and extensions using C# and .NET
Create and consume REST/OData APIs and integrate with third-party and internal systems
Optimize CRM performance, scalability, and security following Microsoft best practices
Work with Dataverse, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Service Bus
Support solution deployments using Azure DevOps / CI-CD pipelines
Perform code reviews, debugging, and production support
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
Ensure compliance with security, governance, and data privacy standards

Required

8+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 CE development
Strong expertise in C#, .NET, JavaScript, TypeScript
Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Copilot and AI-driven CRM capabilities
Solid experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
Strong understanding of Dataverse, security roles, and data modeling
Experience building plugins, custom actions, workflows, and PCF controls
Experience with Azure services (Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus)
Strong knowledge of CRM integrations, web services, and APIs
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies
Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills

Preferred

Microsoft certifications (PL-400, PL-600, MB-800/900, or equivalent)
Experience with Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI, or conversational AI
Experience in enterprise-scale CRM implementations
Exposure to Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, or Marketing modules
Experience with Power BI embedded analytics
