Responsibilities
Prepare and review financial reports for internal stakeholders
Reconcile internal records with NAV packages from fund administrators
Prepare quarterly unaudited financials and assist with annual GAAP financial statements
Calculate management fees and develop waterfall models
Manage capital call and distribution allocations and notices
Provide audit support and compile regulatory data
Collaborate regularly with Finance, Investments, Investor Relations, Tax, and external partners
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of experience in public accounting or relevant in-house fund accounting
Strong understanding of credit-focused products, including loans and debt instruments
Preferred
Exposure to credit products is highly preferred
Fund accounting system experience is a plus
