Responsibilities
Generate AR and Sales reports, including Open AR by customer and past-due balances
Assist with monthly management reporting (DSO, 60+/90+ aging, dispute volume, etc.)
Provide analytical support to identify trends and risks
Track POs versus actual invoices billed to identify underbilling, overbilling, missing invoices, and billing discrepancies
Reconcile PO amounts to billed invoices and flag variances for Billing and Sales
Monitor remaining PO balances and alert Sales and Project Teams when approaching limits
Support resolution of PO-related disputes and billing errors
Maintain organized PO tracking logs and supporting documentation
Provide reporting and data support for targeted collections follow-up on high-risk accounts
Manage customer portal accounts to track unpaid invoices and payment status
Assist with account reconciliations, payment research, and unapplied cash analysis
Support identification of accounts requiring credits, payment offsets, or legal escalation
Prepare dispute detail reports with notes and follow-up status
Assist with customer account setup, credit applications, and documentation tracking
Maintain accurate NexGen/ERP data, including updating inactive accounts
Recommend improvements for PO tracking, billing accuracy, and collections workflows
Support standardization of reporting and processes across regions
Qualification
Required
2–5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Credit & Collections, Billing, or Financial Analysis
Proven experience with AR reporting and PO vs. invoice reconciliation
Experience supporting Sales and Operations teams in an analyst capacity
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS)
Experience with ERP and collections systems such as Sage, NexGen, or similar
Strong reporting and data validation skills
Ability to work with large data sets and multiple entities
Preferred
Construction, industrial services, or project-based billing experience
