Responsibilities

Create accurate, production-ready packaging designs: Develop precise 2D and 3D CAD designs for boxes, inserts, pallets, and protective packaging that meet defined specifications and constraints

Support rapid design iteration: Quickly revise and refine designs based on customer feedback, sales input, and operational needs—keeping projects moving without bottlenecks

Prepare manufacturing-ready files: Produce clean dielines, assembly drawings, and vendor-ready files, adapting designs to supplier manufacturing requirements and tolerances

Build and maintain design standards: Create and manage a reusable library of standard packaging components, templates, and parametric designs to improve speed, consistency, and scalability

Provide visual design support: Develop presentation-ready renderings and visuals that help sales teams communicate packaging concepts clearly and confidently to customers

Collaborate across teams without owning engineering: Work closely with sales, operations, and external suppliers to align design intent, expectations, and execution—without owning material selection, testing, or compliance
