Responsibilities
Responsible for developing and executing CRM campaigns
Develop and test automated customer journeys
Administer all customer relationship management software
Maintain clean and accurate customer data while ensuring compliance with privacy regulations
Manage digital and print collateral, social media, and video content
Maintain knowledge on emerging products, marketing trends, design trends, and changes in technology
Qualification
Required
BS/BA in Marketing, Communications, Design, or equivalent and relevant professional experience
2 years of experience is required
Thorough understanding of marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing such as SEO/Social media etc.) and market research methods
Creative self-starter who excels in a fast-paced, team environment with an eagerness to learn
Well-spoken, well-written, and able to naturally build rapport in person and remotely
Exhibit professional and courteous behavior while interacting with both internal and external customers
Comfortable in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, changing work environment, often on a tight schedule
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects from concept through execution
Committed to providing excellent customer service both internally and externally
Preferred
Mortgage experience is preferred
Experience with Total Expert or Surefire is preferred
