Responsibilities
Lead JungleGym as our in-house AI content studio, partnering directly with art directors, copywriters, and the broader creative team to develop and execute AI-powered workflows that enhance content production without sacrificing quality or originality
Serve as the agency's hands-on AI expert—building sophisticated prompt flows, evaluating emerging tools, maintaining best practices documentation, and training team members on effective AI usage
Create world-class AI content by combining advanced prompting techniques with necessary design skills across image generation, text generation, video tools, and other generative platforms for assigned client accounts
Collaborate with account teams and creative directors to translate client briefs, brand guidelines, and campaign objectives into AI-enhanced creative concepts that maintain brand voice and authenticity
Rapidly generate multiple creative directions and variations, using AI to scale concepts across channels and formats while working alongside traditional creative team members
Provide strategic guidance on which projects and content types are best suited for AI enhancement versus traditional creative approaches
Stay ahead of the curve on new AI tools and platforms, conducting proof-of-concept testing and experimentation within JungleGym before broader agency adoption
Support new business pitches by rapidly producing AI-generated concepts, mockups, and prototypes that demonstrate MULTIPLY's cutting-edge capabilities
Establish and enforce quality standards and review processes for all AI-generated content before client delivery
Partner with social strategists, account coordinators, and creative directors on content calendars, campaign execution, and performance optimization
Build JungleGym's knowledge base by documenting successful AI workflows, prompt libraries, and learnings for agency-wide reuse
Qualification
Required
2-4 years of professional experience in creative production, content creation, copywriting, or related role (agency, in-house, or freelance)
Expert-level proficiency with multiple AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, DALL-E, Adobe Firefly, Sora, Runway AI, and similar tools and platforms
Demonstrated ability to prompt engineer, vibe code, and design effectively to get quality outputs from generative AI tools
Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to articulate creative direction and explain AI capabilities to non-technical stakeholders
Portfolio or examples demonstrating creative sensibility and ability to produce polished, on-brand content
Understanding of CPG marketing, social media content, and earned media strategies (or strong ability to learn quickly)
Experience collaborating with designers, writers, and creative leads in an agency or fast-paced environment
Self-directed learner who stays current with AI developments and can independently research and test new tools
Ability to balance speed and quality—knowing when AI is appropriate and when human-led creation is necessary
Detail-oriented with strong project management skills and ability to juggle multiple client projects
Preferred
Nice to have: experience with video production tools, graphic design tools, or advertising campaign creation
