Responsibilities
Provide development and process improvement support of Sponsor's Global Infrastructure Business System (GIBS) custom application suite and other Sponsor requirements on the enterprise and non-enterprise ServiceNow platforms
Demonstrated experience using web development technologies, specifically JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
Demonstrated experience developing ServiceNow, or advanced experience with software development or experience with low-code development platforms and the aptitude to develop ServiceNow experience
Demonstrated experience with Flow Designer, creating catalog items, and an understanding of business rules
Demonstrated experience in business process analysis including evaluating customer need, internal processes, document business process models, and translating these models as functional technical requirements
Demonstrated experience in systems evaluation such as identifying measures or indicators of system performance and the actions needed to improve or correct performance, relative to the goals of the system
Demonstrated experience with process improvement such as analyzing functions, requirements, or existing capabilities and shortfalls
Demonstrated experience with program management and project task management, and customer relations and outreach
Demonstrated experience with IT and systems lifecycle management, including managing review boards, and change & release management
Demonstrated experience with knowledge management, including developing feature release descriptions, and technical artifacts related to the development under this request
Provide Front End Developer support to deliver a prototype application frontend Interface utilizing JavaScript, Angular, and a containerized (Docker and/or Kubernetes is preferred), cloud (AWS) development platform, Elasticsearch integration, and AWS tools
Qualification
Required
Active Security Clearance
Bachelor's degree and 10 years of demonstrated experience
Demonstrated experience using web development technologies, specifically JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
Demonstrated experience developing ServiceNow, or advanced experience with software development or experience with low-code development platforms and the aptitude to develop ServiceNow experience
