Responsibilities
Transform dense, technical content from engineers and cyber teams into clear, engaging, executive-ready presentations
Design and animate advanced PowerPoint decks, including training materials, leadership presentations, and multi-audience versions of the same content
Create presentation shells and templates that simplify complex cyber reports and prevent misuse by end users
Apply strong storytelling principles to clarify messaging, intent, and audience interpretation
Design visuals with strong command of layout, white space, color theory, and hierarchy
Customize and create graphics behind the scenes to support storytelling needs
Support cyber communications initiatives, including:
Enterprise-wide training programs
Technology and security rollouts
How-to guides, tutorials, and enablement materials
Leadership roadshows and “what to expect” communications
Partner with internal teams to meet fast-moving deadlines, including short-turn projects (e.g., 2-week pilot trainings)
Qualification
Required
Expert-level PowerPoint skills, including advanced animation, template creation, macro-enabled documents and structured shells
Strong graphic design background with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
Proven ability to translate complex, technical information into digestible visual narratives
Deep understanding of marketing, communications, and storytelling principles
Experience designing for executive audiences and large enterprise user bases
Ability to work independently, move quickly, and deliver high-quality work without extensive direction
Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-volume environments
