Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end program delivery across multiple technology initiatives, ensuring projects stay on scope, schedule, and budget
Partner with Product Owners, Software Engineers, Data Scientists, SREs, and Finance teams to align priorities and remove roadblocks
Drive monthly steering committee meetings—presenting clear, executive-level updates on timelines, risks, and key decisions
Translate complex technical concepts into concise, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders
Track and manage program budgets (experience with multi-million dollar portfolios preferred)
Use Power BI (and occasionally Tableau) to generate dashboards and performance reports
Leverage your technical background to identify opportunities for automation, tooling, and process improvements that enhance developer efficiency
Qualification
Required
Recent technical experience: Hands-on coding or software development experience within the past 2 years (Python, AI/ML, or agentic coding environments such as LangChain, OpenAI APIs, or MCP tools)
Program management expertise: Proven experience leading large, cross-functional technology programs or projects
Strong executive presence: Skilled at formal presentations, influencing without authority, and simplifying complex technical topics for senior audiences
Analytical mindset: Proficiency in Power BI for reporting and data visualization
Budget & stakeholder management: Familiarity with managing or supporting large project portfolios (up to ~$10M)
Collaboration skills: Adept at partnering with cross-functional teams including Product Owners, Engineers, Data Scientists, SREs, and Finance
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Preferred
Experience with multi-million dollar portfolios
Tableau experience a plus
