Responsibilities

Lead the design process under Studio/Sector Design Directors, ensuring alignment with firm-wide design principles
Present design concepts to clients and support business development efforts
Supervise and mentor project designers, fostering professional growth and design excellence
Oversee production of design materials, including concepts, visuals, schedules, and budgets
Manage strategic planning, programming, facility analysis, and integration of systems
Advocate for innovation, sustainability, and emerging technologies in design
Represent the firm at industry events and thought leadership opportunities

Required

Minimum 10+ years of experience in workplace interior design with proven leadership in projects
Professional degree from a CIDA-accredited Interior Design program or equivalent in Architecture
Professional licensure required (Interior Designer or Interior Architect)
Proficiency in Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office tools
Strong communication, presentation, and mentorship skills
Experience with sustainable design practices and familiarity with AIA 2030 DDX goals
