They are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Product Administration Coordinator to support their growing equipment and dealer programs by providing administrative and operational support across multiple product platforms.

Responsibilities
Support dealer onboarding and ongoing program participation across multiple product lines
Process and manage dealer registration forms and required documentation
Assist with tracking dealer commitments, purchases, and participation in vendor programs
Provide administrative support to Territory Managers related to dealer tracking and reporting
Coordinate and support training events, including registration tracking and logistical support
Assist with scheduling, communication, and basic event coordination, including food and materials
Maintain organized records and documentation related to dealer programs and initiatives
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations teams as needed
Support additional administrative and project needs as the role evolves
Qualification
Required
Strong organizational and time-management skills
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Comfortable working with forms, spreadsheets, and internal systems
Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
Preferred
Prior experience in administrative, coordinator, or operations support roles
