Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities while uncovering areas for improvement and growth within the existing customer base
Engage prospective and current customers through targeted outreach efforts, including phone calls, in-person visits, email campaigns, and other communication channels to promote the store’s consumable offerings
Plan and execute localized marketing initiatives to increase in-store traffic and drive consumable sales within the region
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information by recording all interactions, purchasing trends, and contact details in company systems such as Odoo, Constant Contact, call lists, and MapMyCustomers
Refer qualified leads and equipment inquiries to the Technical Sales team for follow-up and conversion
Qualification
Required
Strong communication and relationship-building skills, comfortable with frequent outbound outreach
Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage a fast-paced workload
Valid driver's license
Preferred
2+ years of business development, inside sales, or customer-facing experience (construction/industrial/supply or similar B2B environment preferred)
Experience using CRM or sales/marketing tools (Odoo, MapMyCustomers, or similar platforms)
Interest in survey/construction tools and consumable products; training provided
