Responsibilities
Develop the overall architecture for HCP engagement across digital, CRM, content, and data platforms
Translate brand and medical strategy into actionable omnichannel roadmaps
Design modular content frameworks and personalized HCP journeys
Partner with Brand, Medical, Regulatory, Field, and Digital teams to align strategy and execution
Define KPIs, data flows, and measurement standards, for HCP engagement and channel effectiveness
Lead platform integration efforts (Veeva, MA tools, CMS, analytics)
Drive innovation in personalization, content automation, and next‑best‑action and omnichannel models
Qualification
Required
10+ years in pharma/biotech HCP marketing, digital strategy, or CRM/digital architecture
Strong understanding of customer journeys, HCP behavior, and pharma regulations
Experience with Veeva Ecosystems (CRM and Vault), marketing automation, or enterprise digital platforms
Ability to convert business needs into scalable systems, workflows, and data models
Bachelor's required
