Responsibilities
Must have 7+ years of financial sector experience
Must have 7+ years supporting a technical /development team with a product integration, ideally a platform integration – this is a must
Strong background in product analysis and experience running backlogs
Strong experience with requirements analysis, including requirement elicitation, analysis and recording in various forms including user stories and use cases
Extensive user story experience is required
Must be well versed in translating business requirement into technical documentation and at times, being able to present
Highly proficient in Agile/Scrum and able to run sprints if needed
Highly proficient in UAT and at times, responsible for running UAT
Must be able to analyze existing needs, prepare and present analysis, and collaborate with business and development teams
Builds relationships with business partners and development teams
Works on key business initiatives in Agile and Waterfall software development environments. May be relied upon to plan/run sprints, prioritize development, and manage JIRA boards and backlogs
Maintains confidentiality of sensitive information brings diplomacy to difficult situations
