They are seeking a Supply Chain & Inventory Manager to oversee production planning, inventory control, and logistics for a manufacturing organization. This role will be critical in ensuring materials availability, inventory accuracy, and efficient supply chain execution.

Responsibilities

Lead production planning and scheduling activities aligned to customer demand, capacity, and business priorities, adjusting plans dynamically as conditions change

Own inventory management for high-value inventory, ensuring accuracy, optimal stock levels, obsolescence mitigation, and strong KPI performance

Oversee inbound and outbound logistics, including domestic and international freight, customs compliance, and coordination of high-value materials and equipment

Build, lead, and develop a supply chain team of planners, logistics operators, and supervisors, fostering accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement

Leverage ERP systems (SAP preferred) and data analytics to manage material planning, order releases, inventory performance, and operational decision-making

Required

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field; equivalent experience considered

Proven experience in supply chain, inventory, and logistics management within a manufacturing or industrial environment

Demonstrated success managing high-value inventory and complex material flows in a dynamic, fast-paced operation

Strong background in production planning, scheduling, inventory control, and ERP systems (SAP preferred)

Proven ability to lead teams, manage competing priorities, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders
