Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of commercial growths plan for Apple Retail (Online and Stores)
Craft and drive the strategic plans for key customer cohorts including Education, Small and Medium-sized Businesses, and Refurbished
Define key problem statements, identify opportunities, and recommend revenue-driving initiatives based on market analysis and insights
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience with expert knowledge of the Retail industry, Commerce, and/or Financial Services
Ability to derive logically thought through actions using clear and ambiguous data and inputs
Proven track record in strategy or customer experience functions, successfully developing and leading business initiatives that address clear long-term objectives
Self-starter with strong analytical skills and a demonstrated ability to make data-driven decisions
Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience
Preferred
A strong leader with sound judgment, capable of building consensus around solutions and possessing exceptional communication skills that resonate at all levels of the organization
Ability to craft compelling presentations that influence leadership effectively through storytelling
Proven track record of prioritizing, planning, and successfully executing strategies, programs, and projects
Skilled at positively influencing individuals across all functional areas, building relationships, and serving as a key point of contact and subject matter expert
