Responsibilities
Generate Return Material Authorizations (RMAs) for customer-owned devices as requested
Review warranty entitlements for customer-owned medical VAC equipment
Communicate repair quotes and obtain customer authorization for repairs
Respond to customer inquiries regarding repair status and shipping updates
Process and adjust Oracle orders to ensure accurate billing
File service reports, checklists, and work order documentation accurately
Support projects related to product rework, relabeling, manufacturing kitting, and cross-functional initiatives
Manage post-repair inventory, including scrap and diversion requests per customer or leadership direction
Print and distribute equipment serial number labels according to approved procedures
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Participate in daily meetings with site leadership
Communicate repair challenges or issues to supervisory personnel promptly
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED
Up to one (1) year of experience in manufacturing, technical service, or customer service environments (private, public, government, or military)
Preferred
Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
Self-motivated with attention to detail
Ability to demonstrate leadership and positive engagement in a team environment
